Physiological in-toeing can occur due to metatarsus adductus, internal tibial and femoral torsion an excessive anteversion at the hip joints.

Physiological in-toeing is mainly due to excessive femoral anteversion. This is confirmed by observing the position of patellae as the child stands and walks. The patellae point inwards in these children.

Hospital, he pursued further training in the United Kingdom. He was on the “Yorkshire Orthopaedic Training Program” and obtained his orthopaedic fellowship, FRCS (Orth) and Surgical fellowship, FRCS (Glasgow) degrees. He has received the M.Ch Orth form Liverpool.
